Roles & Responsibilities

General skills
As Marketing Manager you will have:

Excellent working knowledge of all core marketing areas including; digital marketing, web-based content, offline and online media marketing, social media marketing, direct marketing, account based marketing.

* Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities with robust experience in managing multifarious projects.
* Excellent up-to-date working knowledge of search engine optimisation, lead generation and affiliate marketing practices, techniques and outcome expectations.
* The ability to develop good working relationships with cross departmental team members enabling collaboration, advice sharing, and assistance where required.
* The ability to seek and develop relationships with external creative teams in a variety of disciplines to build a trusted talent pool for use on long-term and short-term campaigns as required.
* The ability to report on and analyse marketing statistics to identify trends,ROI and Management reporting
* The ability to use software packages competently including Office 365 (Excel, Access, Word) / Monday.com / Slack / Adobe Suite
* Sole responsibility for marketing budget
* Social media marketing (especially through Linked in)
* Heavy emphasis on Account Based Marketing needed

Main Duties/Responsibilities
As Marketing Manager you will:



* Manage the core areas of the marketing department including digital marketing, web-based content, offline and online media marketing, social media marketing, direct marketing, Account Based marketing.
* Report on all areas of marketing strategy and implementation.
* Manage the development of the corporate brand in consultation with Senior Managers, Executives and Partners.
* Manage the development of long and short-term marketing plans and ensure the implementation of an effective marketing strategy that focuses on growing audiences and uptake for products and services.
* Coordinate with senior team members across all departments to uncover insights and create marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products and services.
* Identify and concept new or expanded revenue opportunities.
* Ensure the organisation complies with current marketing and copyright regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation.
* Work to identify trends so that attention can be directed, and resources distributed accordingly.
* Enable the reporting of key marketing performance metrics to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, ROI and consumer trends and strategise actionable insights for the marketing team.
* Manage the marketing business unit functions, providing advice and direction on work priorities, budget and resources.



Qualifications/Licences/Certifications

Essential
● A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Psychology or a Business-related subject.
● Minimum 4 year's experience in a marketing role.
● Fluent level of English both spoken and written.
