About You

We’re Five by Five and looking for super talented middle-weight creatives. Whether you’re a solo or in a team, we’re looking for rounded creatives who can both art direct and write copy. Creatives who can conceive big ideas but can also visualise them and bring them to life. Creatives who share our drive, our passion for making great work and our love for Jerk chicken (We love vegans too).

We want creatives who are bursting with enthusiasm and are just as excited to create ambient stunts and experiential launches as writing a TV script. As creatives, you’re media-agnostic and your ideas are always king. Your energy and passion bleeds into every brief you work on but most of all, you’re a team player, super collaborative and want to inspire those around you.

You’ll have had at least 3 years of Ad agency experience behind you where you’ve worked on various brands / formats and know just how to sell an idea to a client.

We want to create work we can be proud of, regardless of brand or budget. Work that we would enthusiastically talk about, share on our socials, and stick up on the wall.

Our flexible working policy means whilst you will have an office base (either Southampton or London) you can choose where you work and when. Whether it is one of the offices or from home. There are no minimum days to be in the office, just specific meetings where we like to get everyone together. Your working day can be flexible around your needs with core hours from 10am to 4pm.
