Head of Data - International Consultancy - Competitive Package - City of London

Your new company
You will be working for a global consultancy business based in the City of London which operates across private and public sectors. This business is going from strength to strength and is a marker leader in its field.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be part of the UK&I Marketing team and will be the lead point of contact for data management and analysis. Your main responsibilities will include leading the UK data team, delivering on data strategy and reporting to help drive ROI, as well as using predictive analytics to identify potential new Business opportunities. Your main objective will be to lead the Marketing data team, prioritising work streams and ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of analysis and maintaining / enhancing marketing reports. You will also be involved in:

* Building out customer acquisition tracking and dashboards to advice the business on the most efficient sources of traffic for specific specialisms
* Establish data connections between multiple sources
* Prepare high complexity marketing analysis
* Liasing with internal stakeholders to provide data and insights in order to drive commercial growth
* Prepare high quality marketing analysis
* Write SLQ queries for CRM projects
* Supporting Digital Marketing Objectives

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have the following to be able to succeed in this role:

* At least 5 years experience working in an analytical role, strong interest and experience in digital marketing and experience managing analytical teams
* Proven track record using Microsoft PowerBI for reporting and visualisation purposes
* Familiarity with Azure data infrastructure (SQL DB, Data Factory and ML Studio) is a bonus
* You need to be able to work in a fast paced environment where self management is highly appreciated
* Experience using web analytics tools
* Experience using predictive analysis to identify behavioural patterns and business opportunities
