Can you deliver proven behaviour change campaigns?
Southern Water is looking for a Campaign Manager with experience of delivering insight-driven behaviour change communications to lead its flagship Target 100 water-saving campaign.
You’ll be as confident developing multi-channel plans, as managing agencies tasked with delivery. With a thorough understanding of the power of segmentation, targeting and positioning, you’ll work closely with internal and external teams, to deliver on targets and continuously improve our campaign strategy.
Can you see the big picture?
Highly creative and organised, you’ll take the lead on planning, budgeting, delivering and performance reporting across a range of channels, including, but not limited to:
- Social media, video and TV
- Customer leaflets, billing inserts, letters and education materials
- Copy for the website
- Campaign and community event materials.
A skilled influencer and problem solver, you’ll adapt to the situation and audience to deliver the most sensible outcome, disseminating information clearly, accurately and succinctly to a range of audiences both internal and external. You’ll have extensive experience as a Campaign Manager and an understanding of the difference between strategic planning and tactical marketing activity. You will need to have recognised marketing qualifications.
You will have an excellent grasp of the English language and a keen eye for detail, a proven track record of delivering multiple projects to tight deadlines.
