Marketing & Communications Manager (Post Experience Programmes) (0.5 FTE)
The Marketing & Communications Manager is a pivotal role within the School’s Post Experience Programmes (PEP) team. Working in close collaboration with the members of the PEP team you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the relationship with the Marketing Team of the School of Management and the central University Marketing Team, in order to design and execute on marketing campaigns and activities that demonstrably result in the desired cohorts of students entering the programmes.
The role holder will be expected to co-create, maintain and adjust marketing strategies the majority of which will be executed via the Marketing teams of the school and university. The scope of channels includes website management, (including steering the redesign), promotions, outreach activities and social media both for campaigns and regular ongoing communications with the reference communities. There are BOTH B2C and B2B activities required.
The PEP Marketing & Communications Manager will provide analysis on the efficacy of each channel or activity (measured by the income generated from the desired course participants) and advise on recommended adjustments of spend, channels and activities.
The PEP Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for ensuring that the marketing and communications activities associated with PEP comply with CMA regulations and are aligned with university branding guidelines.
