We're on the look out for a Head of Sales to join a Brand Experience agency based in West London. With exciting plans to expand the business, they have already forged a reputation for delivering world class experiences in their field across the world. This is an agency that prides itself on producing engaging and highly creative exhibitions, launches, events, displays and experiences for well known Automotive, Gaming, Sportswear and Tech.

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the management and mentorship of the agency's internal sales team. You're a champion of sales but no longer on the tools yourself. We're not looking for a Player Manager here, this is for a focussed individual with a proven track record of driving and motivating teams. You'll be an ambitious person that's looking for that platform to deliver outstanding sales results. The experiential industry creates so many opportunities currently across physical, hybrid and digital experiences, so an exciting time to join and help grow upon the agency's world class reputation.

If you aren't from the event or experience industry, do not dispear! We're interested in speaking to those that have bags of experience in mentoring succesful sales teams, chasing down high value business opportunities with well known brands.

PLEASE NOTE: This role comes with an OTE of £100,000

Must have....

- Proven sales management experience

- Proven verbal and written communication and motivation skills

- Proven ability to utilise sales tools (in this instance ZOHO) and KPI's
