Marketing Manager Salary Circa £50,000pa

A great opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and hands on Marketing Manager to join our clients fast-growing organisation. You will be accountable for delivering the strategy and then executing the plan in order to achieve the organisation's communication, engagement, and marketing strategies.

You will be managing multiple agencies and keeping on top of time-lines and required content.

The role initially will be working from home, but this will likely change into a hybrid working model to include an office location at some point in 2021.

Purpose of the Role:

- To provide an excellent standard of customer service to clients, internal and external.

- To own and maintain the team's scheduling of projects.

- To support the overall company objectives by delivering exceptional marketing campaigns alongside agency designers, developers, and copywriters.

- Keep abreast of internal communications and make sure that relevant departments have the best marketing content to maximise ROI.

- Strategize the marketing plan alongside the CEO to maximise BD.

- Social media marketing with a B2B approach especially in the use of LinkedIn.

- Heavy account-based marketing.

Key Role Accountabilities

- The ability to see the 'bigger picture' and help shape complex marketing strategies

- Proven experience of managing external communications and marketing agencies

- Delivering management reports to company Directors

- Develop and attain accurate quarterly and annual revenue forecasts for every account and deliver management reports

- Reporting directly into the CEO

- Developing new digital offerings and managing our external agency relationships for key projects

- Maintain regular reporting to ensure ROI is visible to the CEO

Qualifications & Experience:


- Degree in Marketing, or qualified by experience

- Experience of B2B marketing campaigns within financial services or similar highly regulated environment

- Account Based Marketing

- Social Media Marketing with experience of LinkedIn

- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.

- Strong project management skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to easily build, develop and maintain relationships

- Creativity and innovation skills

- An organised approach to work

- Meticulous attention to detail

- Problem-solving aptitude

- Hands on attitude but think strategically

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong work ethic

- Ability to take a detailed brief and communicate this in order to produce outstanding results in line with stakeholder requirements

- Evidence of working on multiple projects simultaneously

- Evidence of effectively managing budgets
