A local government body base in central London.

Your new role
To lead on delivering the roadmap for a new digital product that has just been launched, an online community platform, ensuring that it continuously improves as a digital product, grows and delivers healthy levels of activity in involving Londoners in sustained and meaningful debate, research and consultation.

The site has been launched but you will be liaising with internal stakeholders and agencies to continue to improve the product. There are three stages left of the project, which involves: integrating a new CRM, personalisation of the communications, single sign in and searching capability.

What you'll need to succeed

1 Demonstrable track record of managing a digital product, maintaining and improving websites and applications.
2 Experience and passion for working in an agile way. Confident in promoting the benefits of it to others at all levels of management.
3 Background in working in a user focused manor. Significant experience in drawing out user needs, writing user stories and testing and iterating stories.
4 Experience migrating content and integrating applications, systems and sites.
5 Experience of content management systems (CMS) and email campaign software
6 Working knowledge of standards relating to web authoring, government digital services and accessibility.
7 Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other tools for web analytics
8 Thorough understanding of digital trends, practices and directions.
9 A working knowledge of a range of digital and collaborative tools, including those focused on sprint management, project planning, wire framing, photo editing and budget monitoring.
10 Some knowledge and understanding of public consultation and engagement best practise
