BID Manager, Architecture Firm, London, £50,000 - £55,000, 3-6-month contract

Your New Role

You will be coming into the business as a BID manager. You will be reporting into the current BID Manager and will be assisting in the day to day responsibilities within the company.

Some of your responsibilities are as follows:

· Management and production of high-quality BID submissions, for varying sectors

· Increase company strike rates to support the achievement of business plan targets

· Evaluate requirement of internal BID support (from project teams) and manage BID programmes

· BID writing/Strategy/Management

· Production of presentations

· Management of a library of generic information, including standard FAQ responses, CV's, project data sheets and checklists

· Assist in the wider marketing team activities as and when required

· BID start-up meetings and evaluation of key BID themes

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed within this role, you must have the following:

· 3+ year's experience in BID Management

· Similar experience within the Architecture Industry (will consider Construction)

· Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)

· Excellent organisational skills, with a key eye for detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Degree level educated or suitable qualification
