Are you a Head of Production or Project Director looking for a relocation out of London? Looking to take a step back from daily hands production, into a more operational and transformation type role?

I am looking to speak with experienced directors / HoP level candidates with integrated production experience with a focus on digital, for an in house tech giant based in the South West. The brand are one of the most recognizable British tech brands out there, leaders in cutting edge technology - building some fantastic products with plenty of creative freedom & budget.

Reporting in to the Commercial Delivery & Operations Director, the Head of Production will be responsible for the teams of Producers (30 +) who lead the delivery planning and execution of all marketing communications assets. The outputs of this team span Imagery (Photography and CGI), Film, Digital, Print and Advertising. Whilst the brand are looking for a HoP with a high level and depth of experience, they are not looking for somebody too focussed on film.  Whilst that is a really important part of the role, they need applicants to have a greater breadth of experience across digital, content (stills and film) and print.

Whilst this role may be a step back from hands on production, this role requires an experienced and innovative producer with bags of leadership experience. You'll probably have worked for some top London agencies and be experienced in building and nurturing teams of producers.

**This role will require you to be onsite in Wiltshire full time, so relocation or the ability to commute will be essential**
