Your new company
A well funded national charity which makes a difference to thousands of peoples lives in the community has an exceptional opportunity to join their UX team. Reporting into the Head of Brand, you will manage a small specialist team focused on improving User Experience.

Your new role
You'll coordinate research with your colleagues to establish user needs and analysing those and then designing user interfaces and user experiences. You will work with developers, at times providing them with digital design assets to be deployed by them. You'll work with other user experience, user research and testing colleagues to promote a user centred design approach throughout the organisation. Planning, designing and delivering in-house testing will be a core part of the role. You'll use user data to clearly inform actionable product and service developments.

What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio that demonstrates their thought process and the range of work they have done, the stages they have gone through on different projects, eg from research through to testing, wireframes, etc. You'll be a UX professional with experience in designing interactions professionally for web and mobile. You'll have good experience in gathering user requirements and conducting research, quantitative surveys,etc. You'll be strong at testing prototypes and wireframes, to influence the product direction. You'll also have experience of presenting work to colleagues and senior stakeholders and communicating well with non-technical audiences.

What you'll get in return
This role is based from anywhere in the UK. There are offices that you can commute to in Cardiff, Newcastle, London, Birmingham Glasgow, Belfast etc but the role can be entirely remote if preferred on a hybrid of the two.

Salary starts at £52k and flexible working, civil service pension (26% to 30%), 25 days annual leave. Various other perks.
