Customer Experience marketing job for a financial services business in South Wales. Excellent benefits.

Your new company
A financial services business with around 200 staff in a really accessible location with good transport links in Newport, South Wales. As a business they off an agile working, flexible environment with the chance to work in a part-home, part-office style. You'll be joining a new and growing marketing and comms team of 6, you'll report to the Brand and Comms manager but will manage a Customer Experience Associate as you take the lead on all things Customer Experience for the business.

Your new role
As a CX expert you can make this role your own, it is a newly created position in the team so you can bring your ideas and creativity to the position. The focus will be on researching the customer journey across all channels, - with a particular focus on digital as the company strive towards a"digital first" customer retention and acquisition strategy. You'll use data insights to drive various customer experience strategies, working across the product, digital, continuous improvement and marketing and comms teams to improve digital and physical in person processes to incrementally improve the customer experience across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a marketing professional with a particular specialisation in the CX or UX space. You'll be a natural problem solver, a talented collaborator and have strong digital marketing experience. This position is also a leadership one so some prior management experience would be desirable.
