A speciality insurance and reinsurance provider is looking for a Marketing and Communications expert with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion to support the execution of their marketing communications programmes and their Inclusive Diversity strategy.   

Marketing and Communications responsibilities will include: 

• Embedding and executing key messaging and narratives
• Elevating and standardizing the brand’s aesthetic and voice to increase brand awareness across all channels
• Creating digital content for website, portals and social media
• Putting together on brand advertising and conference content
• Writing thought leadership articles
• Campaign creation to introduce new products, services, teams and locations  

With a strong focus on developing the organisation into a truly inclusive company in which every employee can belong in and thrive, Inclusive Diversity duties will cover:  

• Working with internal specialists and teams to execute the ID awareness strategy and initiatives
• Raising awareness both internally and externally and challenging the status quo
