A global leader in their field based in Portsmouth

Due to an increase in activity, my client is actively looking for a Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing this role is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating marketing activities for the companies products, services and markets. This role takes the lead on a key marketing channel and contributes to driving the overall brand.

Responsibilities:


* Supporting the Marketing strategy, identifying macro trends, complex challenges and opportunities for products and services
* Developing operational marketing plans to support a portfolio of products and services
* Working collaboratively within the wider marketing team to meet brand requirements
* Supporting the team on a successful product in a B2B role
* Confidently working with the wider global team and key stakeholders to ensure campaigns are planned and executed well
* Working with product managers to develop accurate and cost-effective product marketing plans
* Coordinating photoshoots and creating high-impact imagery and video for use in advertisements and promotions
* Producing accurate and appropriate budgets and longer-term marketing plans for specific product categories
* Representing the company at major business sector events, promoting the organisation and enhancing reputation, also planning and managing company-led events and

Person Profile:


* Have previously worked in a similar B2B Marketing Manager level role
* Excellent at building strong customer relationships and partnerships
* Excellent PR, Digital Marketing, Content and Copywriting skills
* Well rounded Marketing professional
* Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a marketing discipline
* Experience in a similar Marketing Manager position
* Strong project management skills are required plus ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office with an understanding of Adobe, Photoshop and other similar packages
