My client are an innovator - for over 50 years they have designed & manufactured solutions that allow their customers to utilise technological advances and enable the future of electronics.

Your new role
As the Head of Channel Marketing you will create and manage a framework for building, executing and measuring highly impactful joint go-to-market strategies and marketing plans with partners that reflect the brand's goals and priorities and meet/exceed sales targets - including the specification and development of deliverables to support partners.
Together with the wider EMEA marketing team, you will ensure channel-readiness and timely communication for product launches and sales & marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for driving preference and mindshare with the partner community, enabling, equipping and motivating partners to maximise reach and demand for your products.
Although a strategic role, the organisation is very proactive and therefore you will be "rolling up your sleeves" to execute actions yourself when necessary.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing related qualification, with significant software/tech B2B marketing experience through direct and indirect sales channels
* Digitally savvy marketer, confident in social engagement and experimentation, CRM and Automation platforms, Google Analytics
* Customer obsessed: focused on understanding what really creates value for the customer and aligning partner marketing strategies and plans to deliver.
* A collaborator: a natural relationship builder who can work effectively across different organizations, disciplines, time zones and cultures, and thrives within a matrix organization, working with a confident and enthusiastic manner and a strong motivation to succeed
* A Persuasive communicator and presenter: with the ability to build the case for change and adoption of new concepts across all levels; cutting through the noise to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time
* Strong project management: Capable hands-on program/project manager able to deliver quickly on commitments, on time and to agreed quality standards.
* A Problem solver: creative, with an experimental mindset
* Commercially and data driven: passionate about driving business performance and seeing measurable impact from your work.
* An insight-led marketer - adapt at consolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify insights, learnings and make sound recommendations for future plans
* Experience in managing partner marketing budgets (MDF / BDF), including timely forecasting and tracking of costs each

What you'll get in return

You'll receive a salary circa £75,000 plus benefits including company bonus scheme, healthcare, pension and 25 days holiday + Bank holidays.
