Your new company
My client are a multinational manufacturer of B2C and B2B products - owning many recognisable household brands. Due to the expansion of an exciting new Digital team within the B2B division, we are recruiting the job of Lead Generation Programme Manager to join on an initial 12 month FTC.

Your new role
This is a unique and exciting role to act as the link between Marketing & Sales; working with EMEA campaigns, you will utilise the campaign targets and assets to build lead generation programmes that enable better sales. You will then work closely with the Sales team to train & execute best-in-class lead generation programmes that achieve positive sales growth.
Your job will also be to evaluate the digital sales tools available - from Social Selling tools, to presentation & video tools - and enable the Sales teams to do their jobs most effectively; optimising tools and investigating new ways to enable better selling.

What you'll need to succeed
We need an ambitious and versatile individual; a marketer with a strong lead generation knowledge and blended background of sales and marketing. You will be confident building ABM & Lead Generation programmes for Sales teams; utilising Social Selling, video tools and other methods to best enable digital sales. You will work as part of the marketing team and therefore need strong knowledge of digital campaigns to be able to create Sales programmes from marketing campaign targets and assets; able to translate marketing programs into sales processes and actions, including scripts, selling points, key visuals for selling conversations etc.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £45000 (depending on experience) and various benefits including holiday allowance, expenses etc. This is an initial 12 month contract with possibility of a long-term future with the brand; and you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and drive from within a newly formed digital & lead generation team.
