We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to help launch, support, and drive the rapid growth of our exciting Online Publication Business.

The Position:

* Set up and drive a programme of digital marketing activities to increase web traffic.
* Develop new creative campaign initiatives that engage and build target audiences and lead generation for our global clients.
* Contribute to the planning, testing, implementation and management of a broad range of digital campaigns including SEO, paid search, analytics and web development.
* Focusing your efforts on acquisition campaigns. An individual who thrives on working through the whole digital ecosystem and delivering tangible results.
* Developing Paid and Organic social media experiences and campaigns on various social platforms including (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat …).
* Partner with our creative teams and agencies to develop the most relevant and engaging content for our different audiences.
* The successful candidate will also partner with other channel managers to create cohesive and integrated cross-channel experiences.
* Hands on experience of analytics to find improvement opportunities and create an ongoing social media testing program to drive learnings and improve core social KPIs.
* To generate positive usability and readership of the website.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience delivering successful search and display campaigns in the publication space would be ideal and solid knowledge of SEM and analytics is highly advantageous.
* Flexible and adaptable, willing to test and learn, to develop and experiment, and build digital capability within an established and successful business.
* Fresh and diverse perspectives, and we're also looking for active listeners/learners. In a highly collaborative organisation.
* The successful candidate will be curious and a fast learner who can adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Strong organisational skills with extensive experience of managing activities across key channels and driving digital marketing strategy.
* B2B skills

* Strong measurement and reporting skills that demonstrate activity ROI

* A passion for strategy. Own and deliver all digital marketing projects aligned to the Business and Marketing Strategy.
* Confident communication skills, creative and adaptable approach
