Your new company is a very exciting and fast growing global sports retailer that are looking to grow their online platform and making their customers have a more personalised experience. The retailer is a global company, which is present in 54 countries across the globe. This is retailer is fast growing and is looking for a outstanding candidate to help achieve their goals.


Your new role

You will be coming in as a UX and Customer Experience Manager who specialises in in personalisation. You will be in charge of making our UX evolve from a ' 1 to many' to a ' 1 to 1' experience. This means bringing to life a more personalised experience on our ecommerce platform but also on our different CRM channels in the UK. You will be working together with UX and Channel experts in order to coordinate all actions and will be driving the overall personalisation strategy and roadmap

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you must have all the following requirements (please only apply if you have all of these requirements): At least 2 years experience in a marketing product management or marketing product owner role

* Experience in using user journey tools like dynamic yield
* Experience within the retail industry is preferred
* Has to have knowledge of UX and UI mapping and design
* Must understand customer journey, roadmaps etc.
* Must be passionate about customers and consumer driven
* Has to have a passion for sports
