The Digital Marketing Manager Role:

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager / Team Leader to join our small and growing team. This will be a leadership role and will be hands-on in nature. The Digital Marketing Manager role requires a digital professional with proven experience in all areas of search engine marketing & Google Ads (Shopping, Display, Re-marketing).

This role requires a digital marketing all-rounder ready to develop themselves even further with a passion for all things 'digital marketing'.
The successful applicant will be experienced across multiple digital channels, from SEO and PPC, to organic and paid social, content strategy, and more. You will be equally strong creatively and strategically, and hands-on in terms of implementation. Experienced working across a range of brands and sectors (B2B & B2C) you will be a confident presence with clients, a whizz with Google Analytics, and skilled in integrating digital with wider marketing and PR activity.

A strong level of experience in Paid Social & Paid Search campaign creation & management is a must. SEO activity will be a mainstay in the day-to-day activity within this role. This role is also integral to managing, developing, and growing the digital marketing team, in line with our roadmap for expansion.
This exciting role will evolve in time as the team below grows.

As a senior member of the team, you will have responsibilities for planning, creating, and managing ongoing Paid Search & Paid Social Campaigns.
Although Paid Search & Paid Social skills are requisite for this role. 70-80% of the role will focus on SEO activity. SEO expertise is vital.

This role will also have some responsibility in client liaison and communication, the role will not be accountable for this part of the business.

About you:

We will be happy to speak to people of all levels of agency experience who feel that they have the work ethic, maturity, ability, and skills to deliver in this role. We would expect such a person to have had at least 3 years+ in a digital agency role and be fully versed in the entire array of SEO, Search Engine Marketing & Paid Social techniques, and strategies.

Required skills:

+ Digital Agency experience is a must
+ Demonstrable understanding and experience in Paid Social campaign creation & management.
+ Comprehensive experience in Facebook Ads and Business Manager is crucial.
+ Demonstrable experience & appreciation of up to the minute SEO techniques (Fully versed in on-page and off-page SEO)
+ Experience using a range of SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.
+ Strong analytical Skills and familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics & Google Search Console
+ High-level of experience in Google Ads (Shopping, Merchant Centre, Remarketing) campaign creation & management
+ A basic understanding of key web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and implementing structured data types.
+ An understanding and experience of the major content management system is expected [Magento, WordPress, Concrete5]
