This Internal Communications specialist role is with a multinational professional services firm based in central London.

Your new role
Working in tandem with the UK Talent Brand & People Communications team, this role works with their business areas operations lead and Leadership to deliver employee engagement activity on a local level. You will need to be experienced in delivery of large & small scale events, development and delivery of communication materials, have excellent copywriting skills and stakeholder management skills. A key element of the role is working in collaboration with the business to maximise integration of campaign work. Also, a need to be highly proactive with a flexible and collaborative work style.

What you'll need to succeed

* Delivery of all local DTE/CSG community events, Summer Parties, Winter Parties & smaller tactical events.
* Development and delivery of webcasts and scripted communications
* Development and delivery of local email communications within their DTE/CSG
* Supporting their local Accent On Groups, Operations Lead, Learning & Development team and Community.
* Work closely with the DTE PAN Lead, DTE Inclusion & Diversity Lead, HR Business Partners, Internal Comms Leads and Human Capital & Diversity team to deliver central strategic objectives, materials, resources and support
* Identify and execute engagement interventions for the DTE to address challenges by bringing together an understanding of DTE-specific engagement data, knowledge of local business priorities and the central strategic and tactical talent agenda
* Manage senior DTE stakeholders to raise awareness and understanding of the engagement landscape, strategy and their role in any interventions or escalations required Knowledge and skills required
* Strong communication skills and deep overall business acumen

* Comfortable using data to inform decision-making
* Exceptional stakeholder management across all levels
* Proactive self-starter able to work independently
