Your new company
My client have just launched a new eCommerce platform (Magento) in an exciting time of growth & expansion for the brand. Due to this new platform launch they need an experienced eCommerce Platform Manager to join on an initial 8-12 week contract to optimise the platform, launch new products & features and create the best user experience.

Your new role
As eCommerce Platform Manager, you will manage and enhance the recently launched Magento eCommerce Platform. You will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the site, improving functionality, user engagement and launching new products & features. You will aid in the development of the eCommerce strategy, and use your knowledge of eCommerce platforms (in particular Magento) to ensure the site is maximising it's potential. You will create processes to ensure content is regularly updated, working with relevant stakeholders on improving customer journey to drive consumer engagement, conversion and retention. You will have responsibility for ongoing review and testing of new incentives to drive sales through a test-and-learn approach, and work with Product Managers & other stakeholders to plan new products launches on the site and support lead generation processes - planning effective and measurable touch-points to improve conversions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have Magento (2.4) platform implementation and optimisation experience, with experience managing and leading an eCommerce site and significant knowledge of SEO & CRO best practice. You will be a strong communicator, project manager and digital marketing expert.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a daily rate of £300-£400 per day, or a salaried equivalent if an FTC is preferred. You will work flexibly remotely, with the ability to travel to offices in Surrey as required in future. You will have the opportunity to work with a market leader in an exciting phase of growth & innovation in the industry.
