My client are a leading consumer brand retailing through bricks & mortar and online eCommerce channels. An internationally recognised brand, they're expanding both their product portfolios and market share. Key to this expansion is their relationship with Amazon and ability to launch new segments into new markets, partnering with the eCommerce giant.

Your new role
As the Amazon National Account Manager, you will develop programs, relationships, and processes that drive sales, share, and margin. You will develop the customer strategy and business objectives; manage P&L and KPI achievement, and serve as the customer's primary point of contact for the category. You will define and drive Amazon customer category-specific business objectives, develop Amazon-specific category business plans, strategies, and goals; identifying growth opportunities based on an understanding of the Amazon platform.

Key responsibilities:

* Design and deploy best practices regarding Merchandising, Promotions, and Test & Learns
* Collaborate with wider Digital & Content teams on customer-specific digital media creative
* Ensure product keyword listings, product page content, etc. are optimized for search rankings
* Collaborate with Shopper / Brand Activation team to align online and in-store promotion activity
* Manage eCommerce assortment and pricing; communicate regularly with Commercial teams to manage channel conflict / ensure alignment across the channel
* Own customer support for the category, including logistics, order processing and fulfilment; coordinating with Supply Chain colleagues to forecast demand and ensure ability to fulfil obligations
* Grow Amazon Share and Margin for the category while minimising channel conflict
* Utilise Amazon Retail Analytics to manage platform performance, including paid and organic search ranking, retail price movements, and competitive dynamics
* Manage item catalogue, including item level management, new item setup, & product detail page optimisation
What you'll need to succeed
You will have significant experience as an Amazon Account Manager, with in-depth understanding of the platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for growth, ownership and development as you will have the opportunity to launch your category into new Amazon markets.

Key requirements

* Amazon sales and marketing experience
* Ability to understand Customer P&L / business levers, manage trade funds, and drive toward KPIs
* Ability to make fast decisions and operate in a test-and-learn environment
* Ability to intelligently challenge convention, influence decisions, and drive change
* Significant sales experience
* Ability to manage budgets and drive toward KPIs

What you'll get in return
You will receive a highly competitive salary up to £75000 (depending on experience) with benefits including bonus, car allowance, pension & health insurance. This is a remote role, home-based in the UK with some business travel required to UK HQ, European Vendor meetings, and potentially also the US once a year (when travel is possible).
