Your new role
As the lead marketer for the organisations new product, your role is to manage, shape and deliver highly effective digital marketing plans and activities that will yield growth in income and customers from online learning students globally. Actively manage and oversee marketing spend to deliver maximum ROI and CLV from both new and existing customers, utilising extensive skills and experience in Ecommerce and online sales in B2C and B2B channels.

You will manage two direct reports, split across new customer acquisition and existing customer upsell/retention, and direct their work to maximise the role of marketing to meet P&L targets. Devising and executing new product launches of academic programmes or courses, taking responsibility for marketing performance targets. Work closely with Prospect Conversion team to measure and track sales funnel quality and quantity on an ongoing basis.

What you'll need to succeed
This establishment are looking for a first-class digital marketing expert who can exhibit superior ecommerce and performance marketing skills and experience. You will be comfortable engaging and networking with senior leaders across the establishment to influence strategic decisions that will support the marketing priorities for the new product. Your people leadership will help support your team's professional and personal development in line with their Values.

Validated experience in B2C marketing, large-scale campaigns, marketing technology, and marketing optimization experience. This should include experience driving digital marketing strategy for lead generation and sales conversion. In-depth digital marketing knowledge and experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, Paid Social, Display and Email. Demonstrates strong commercial and business acumen in B2C or B2B2C marketing roles. Experience in delivering the full marketing mix from campaign development to product launch and activation.

What you'll get in return
An attractive salary of £32,817 - £40,322. 33 days annual leave entitlement plus 9 building closed days and 22.5% pension contribution. Plus additional benefits including free parking, discounted sports provision and career development opportunities.
