We've partnered with a well- known global investment management firm, who are looking for a Senior UX Designer. This business has an excellent, positive culture and genuinely put their people first. The importance of high quality digital design is recognised at the most senior level within the business and this role is part of a fantastic, supportive team who operate at a global level.

Your new role
In this role you will develop compelling interactive interactive experiences that solve customer needs and enhance relationships, working in collaboration with editorial, design, product owners, marketers and development teams to influence, define and product effective digital experiences across the global digital estate. You'll be a strong designer, ideally with experience working across multiple regions/ territories with full design lifecycle experience. You will design and deliver user flows, service blueprints and experience maps, measuring and reporting back on success.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced UX/ UI designer with a minimum of 5 years experience and a proven track record of coming up with high quality design ideas and seeing these through to implementation and measurement stage. You will have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the desire to drive change and make a big impact.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an excellent salary of up to £75,000 + bonus and extensive benefits including private health insurance and generous pension scheme.
