The Role

This is a unique opportunity to help shape our exciting growth ambitions. As Advertising and Digital Manager you’ll oversee the creation of compelling (multi-channel) digital creative to increase brand engagement, consideration, familiarity and conversion. Additionally, you'll be responsible for leading the strategic direction of our acquisition marketing efforts; from above the line channels including TV, Press and Radio, to digital channels including Social, Display and Search. The role takes overall accountability for the co-ordination of media planning, acquisition delivery and continuous review the performance of media across all channels.

About you

You'll need to possess significant experience in acquisition focused paid media channels and a demonstrable track record of building and delivering campaigns which make a big impact on business performance. Of course, your flair for creative advertising coupled with strong analytical skills will shine through, helping you to assess performance and make informed decisions to drive future action and media planning. Having worked in a similar sized organisation in the travel/leisure/FMCG sector you'll have strong budget management and commercial experience and will understand how to leverage strong relationships within and the business and with external parties.
