As part of their development, they are recruiting the job of CRM & Marketing Cloud Administrator to ensure the effectiveness of CRM Sales & Marketing activations. Your new role
The CRM and Marketing Cloud Administrator will be a key resource in driving growth through sales and marketing effectiveness. With dotted lines into Sales & Marketing Leads, you will work to develop processes, manage user requirements and aid CRM adoption.

Responsibilities include:

* Maintaining CRM data integrity and quality
* Developing and deploying new workflow and CRM functionality for Sales and Marketing
* Developing sales analytics to improve sales effectiveness
* Generation of ad hoc reports
* Onboarding new users
* User adoption and effectiveness.
* Support integrated digital marketing and direct sales platforms
* Development of customer facing self-service technical support

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a strong foundation in Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud in order to manage the platform, develop processes for Marketing & Sales Campaigns and encourage widespread adoption of CRM throughout the business.
Other requirements include:
* Exemplary time management skills
* High organisational skills
* Minimum of 2 years experience of Salesforce administration
* Ability to engage with internal stakeholders of all levels
* Ability to be self-driven to meet deadlines and results
* Experience of working with fast paced sales and marketing teams
* Team player driven by common goals
* Experienced in specifying and outsourcing Salesforce development project

What you'll get in return
This is a permanent role offering a salary of £30000 - £35000 plus benefits. You will be able to work remotely, with some office-work required in the Surrey & North Hampshire offices when it is possible to do so.
