Temporary Opportunity to join leading Financial Services firm as a Senior User Researcher

Your new company

A multinational Financial Services & Advisory Firm based in London. This business operates across a wide range of Financial Products, working directly with Retail customers and also with small & large businesses. They are a digital-first company who have recently undergone a vast digital transformation project that is still in process.

Your new role

You will be working within the Digital team to help lead efforts to understand the End User and promote projects that will allow for a better User Experience. You will be running usability tests, conducting User Research analysis, working with development & analytics teams to deliver projects and liaising with key stakeholders to manage their needs and deliver educational training.

What you'll need to succeed


* Experience within a User Research role
* Knowledge of Financial Services (desirable)
* Working within a Digital team
* Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
