Your new role
This role will see you having the opportunity to take a full discovery-through-to-delivery Product Management role in a digital, agile, environment. The business focuses on providing new and innovative financial services in the style of a disruptive digital start-up. This is a role where you can be super creative and flex your muscles in regards to developing data-backed business concepts. Then manage the entire project from inception to completion. You'll manage all the stakeholders and liaise constantly with the technical experts, product designers, UX team, user researchers and the rest of the business to ensure an on time launch and successful roll out of new products.


What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a Product Manager with experience in producing road-maps for new product development and managing all stages from discovery to completion. This is a wonderful role for someone with experience in either a large company or a rapid growth start up as it has elements of both. Experience in the financial services would be advantageous, work experience in a digital and agile environment is essential.


What you'll get in return
You'll get a salary of between £49k - £55k dependant on experience and an annual share scheme along with other benefits. There is a fantastic new, Cardiff office, close to the train station.
