Your new role
As part of the EMEAI Marketing team, you will work locally in various markets to create and execute innovative marketing campaigns, adopting a test-and-learn approach to discover new and more effective ways to reach your audience. You will partner with Technical experts within both the marketing teams and wider commercial organisation to develop best-in-class programmes, working on country and partner marketing plans, as well as cross EMEAI campaigns, which align and support the regional business goals. You will also work with the Global team to tailor global campaigns for local needs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced in B2B Marketing, ideally in a technology/software/engineering industry. You will be comfortable in a large, matrix structure and have experience working across different regional markets. Digital is a big focus for the team, so being confident in PPC, social, webinars, analytics etc. with a big willingness to experiment and fail fast - learning is an important part of their culture. This role requires someone digitally savvy who is happy to partner with technical marketing experts to experiment; happy to do analysis on what's working, what's not and pivot quickly as need be. You must be able to work comfortably independently and as a team. Ultimately you'll need to be a confident cross-channel marketer with strong campaigns experience, with a willingness to innovate and learn.

What you'll get in return
You'll receive a salary circa £50,000 plus benefits.
