Your new company
My client, a luxury goods company in Berkshire, are seeking an eCommerce Trading Manager in a newly-created position to maximise conversions on their online store.

Your new role
As a key player in the team, your job will be focused on on-site conversions - you will utilise a range of tactics across merchandising, product portfolio management and CRO to convert site visitors to sales. You will hold co-ownership of the conversion funnel to drive growth and expansion plans for the business affecting customer journey and commercial performance; using data, you will forecast sales and hypothesise customer behaviour to drive conversions, with ownership and constant optimisation of trading calendar. You will have ownership of the onsite product portfolio from inception to sale and everything in between, working with the marketing team/third party agencies to make sure traffic is optimised and converted once on site.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an online trading expert with deep knowledge of CRO. You will have experience working in an online trading environment, ideally with Online merchandising/Online trading or E-commerce trading experience, and be an expert in developing commercial web pages and a track record of improving online sales performance, conversion, AOV, and minimising customer drop-off. You will have knowledge of key technologies to enhance the online store experience and improve conversion including Google Analytics and be confident working with KPIs - with an analytical, problem-solving attitude. You will be a self-starter, able to work at a fast pace and adapt to an ever-changing retail environment, and have a passion for innovation and trying new ideas to improve sales opportunities.

What you'll get in return
You'll receive a salary of up to £45000 (potential to consider slightly higher with the right experience) and benefits including product discounts and increasing annual holiday allowance. You will have the opportunity to work as the right hand to the Head of eCommerce - helping to grow and expand the brand's eCommerce offering in a business that is passionate, driven and innovative - with a lovely culture and working environment.
