Your new role
Your job as Digital Content Executive is to work as part of the wider European Marketing Communications team responsible for all digital marketing material for the brand: corporate sites, online shop, eCRM communication and other ad hoc digital campaigns. You will work closely with the Web Content and eCRM Managers to roll out the digital campaigns across 31 countries and 16 languages.
Responsibilities include:
* Integrate digital content across EMEA websites - 16 languages.
* Manage localisation with external vendors and implement content via CMS tools.
* Ensure all web sites have implemented the corporate EMEA content according to deadlines.
* Manage ad hoc projects (eg Shop pages, landing pages, banners).
* Assist with design and development of web pages, images, emails and banners.
* Daily use of project management tools and ticketing system.
* Monitor the availability of stock and update the web with product availability information.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience uploading, creating and editing web content. You will not necessarily be creating this content from scratch - more so editing central resources to be market appropriate for different sites. You will need good skills with CMS', as well as knowledge working across different types of web content from pages, images, banners etc. You will have worked with eCommerce platforms, have good knowledge of HTML & CSS (JavaScript is an advantage) and have knowledge of Adobe Suite programmes. You will be a good communicator with strong organisational & project-management skills; and European market or languages experience is a bonus.
