Your new company
My client are a private-sector organisation with a strong global brand presence. This role is an initial 12-month, full-time contract with strong possibility to extend beyond the first year.

Your new role
The team has a broad responsibility of strategy planning, asset development and performance analysis of marketing communications activities of products, such as paid media activities and organic digital activities, for new launches and strategic seasonal campaigns. They work with various teams within the company and 3rd party agencies to manage the timeline, creative qualities and budget. As the Campaign Planning Manager you will work with senior managers to support wide range of actions for large scaled activations, and/or be responsible for all the actions to plan and implement small-mid scaled activations.

You will work with internal stakeholders to take a brief on campaign requirements (product launch, seasonal activities etc.) and manage the set budget by working with insights teams, internal resources and external suppliers (agencies etc.) to design and execute campaigns across a wide range of channels - paid media, content, digital, social etc. You will project manage campaign execution and critically evaluate the work of agency partners to determine campaign success and maximised ROI.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked either agency (ideally) or client-side in a Campaign/Planning/Account Management role and be familiar with the end-to-end process of brief to execution. You will have strong stakeholder and project-management skills in order to work with various key stakeholders and manage projects effectively. You will possess the ability to manage the creative agency from brief generation, timeline, quality and approval managements by giving articulate creative improvement ideas from a logical perspective. A good understanding and high capability of creative development process are a must, and a broad knowledge across marketing channels - particularly digital & paid media.
Experience in B2C, especially FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Beauty etc. is advantageous.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a daily rate of between £150-£200 per day inclusive of paid holidays (depending on experience and budgets). You will have 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, flexible working and the opportunity to work with a leading brand in a high-profile and busy team. Despite being a 1 year contract you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects - and there is definitely potential to extend beyond the first year.
