I am currently working in partnership with a fast-growing Digital Agency to recruit an Account Director. The company works with well-known premium eCommerce businesses to help them deliver return on investment and achieve their goals. The team is made up on ambitious individuals who love what they do and strive to provide the best service possible to their clients. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business with room for progression.
Your New Role
As the Account director, you will work closely with clients to manage the day to day optimisation of their accounts while forging strong relationships with them and ensuring that their business goals are met. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Managing paid social and paid search
* Optimising accounts and providing insights to clients
* Managing client communication while building strong relationships
* Managing partners (such as Google and other agencies)
* Helping to bring on new business
What You Need To Succeed
To secure this role and be successful, you will have experience in the following:
* 4+ years experience
* Ideally agency side background but open to a background in retail
* Strong PPC and Paid Social experience
* Experience working with ecommerce clients
* Experience with account auditing/ reporting back on ROI
* Line management experience would be beneficial but not essential
