This role is with a leading financial services firm based in London. They are currently looking for a Community Team Analyst to join their team.

Your new role
Maximise participation in the UK, achieve targets, whilst ensuring high social impact as well as quality of experience for employees
Work closely with internal contacts and teams across the firm to motivate and engage them and their colleagues in suitable volunteering projects
Build and maintain relationships with key internal networks, including London Charity Committee and the firms Networks to ensure their support for and involvement in Global Community Day.
Work with charities and community partners to deliver 50+ high quality volunteering projects in the UK. Primary responsibility for events in London, liaising with and supporting colleagues in Belfast and Edinburgh.
Work closely with Internal Communications team to deliver a strong communications campaign encouraging participation and sharing stories of success.
Responsible for collection of robust management information and recording all volunteering activities on the appropriate systems.EMEA Lives Our Values Awards in July 2021, recognising the firms employees who have achieved outstanding social impact through volunteering, fundraising and a range of other activities. Work with the Community Development Manager and comms teams to deliver a high quality campaign in order to maximise high quality entries. Support delivery of Awards programme, including preparation of packs for the judging panel, communicating with shortlisted applicants and working with the firm's Global Event Management Team to ensure a high impact event with maximum participation.

What you'll need to succeed
1-2 years' experience in corporate social responsibility or the charity sector preferred, ideally with experience delivering successful volunteer initiatives and events
Exceptional ability to motivate and engage employees to participate in programmes and/or events
Team player with ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.
Excellent project planning and project management skills.
Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
