RFP Specialist

Hays are currently working in partnership with leading Investment management firm based in central London.

Your new role

In your new role as an RFP specialist you will be responsible for completing new business Request for Proposals (RFPs) and existing client questionnaires and due diligence documents. Responding to RFPs for potential clients and responding to DDQ requests using the RFP database system You will Coordinate resources across the company to answer and follow up on RFP's and DDQ responses covering various asset classes, working closely with a wide range of internal department's investments and operations.

What you'll need to succeed


* Minimum of 5 years' RFP experience working in the asset management industry
* Experience across different asset classes; equity, fixed income, alternatives and multi asset.
* Strong writing skills and competent use of grammar
* Computer literate (advanced Word and Excel)

What you'll get in return

In return you will receive up to £80,000 (pro rota) plus company benefits
