Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Business Development and Partnerships, this role sits within the wider Marketing & Partnerships team. You will be developing their partner network and building on existing reputation for outstanding customer service. You will own and manage an existing partnership portfolio, working directly with key partner contacts and internal stakeholders to deepen the partnerships through marketing, business development & operational initiatives. You will be the day to day contact for the partners within your portfolio ensuring smooth running of these partnerships across all aspects including business development, marketing support, operational processes, MI & reporting, and any other contractual obligations. You will identify opportunities to deepen the partnership and also support the onboarding of new partnerships through launch, implementation and ongoing management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have 3+ years' experience operating as a commercially astute account management professional and be adept at driving B2B partnerships through strong relationship building and business development skills. You will be tenacious, with drive and creativity to grow the partnerships portfolio in new and exciting ways.

You will have strong interpersonal skills, be confident and comfortable interfacing with all levels of management and adept at influencing at senior management level, with a proven track record in managing and developing key 3rd party partnerships. Strong data analytical skills is a must, with the ability to evaluate partnership performance through KPI data and use insight to identify new partnership opportunities. You will be highly organised and capable of working independently as well as part of the wider team.
