£26,000 Depending on experience

A leading manufacturing organisation based in South Oxfordshire
Due to an increase in activity, my client is actively looking for a driven Digital Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of social media and online activity, to increase engagement with customer audiences and generate leads/enquiries/interest through all social media and online platforms.
Responsibilities
* Create, develop and deliver online marketing campaigns - Email, social media, etc.
* Analyse previous campaigns to ensure they are achieving positive results and engagement
* Support in delivering all marketing initiatives across direct marketing channels for acquisition of new members when required
* Manage the digital acquisition programme, individual campaigns and project requirements ensuring continual improvement in terms of brand, message, process, communication effectiveness and cost
* Identify and test campaigns within core marketing channels including email, SEO, affiliates, PPC, display advertising, etc.
* Engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Personal Profile
* Strong understanding of social media channels & platforms
* Track record in using social media and online platforms to meet company objectives / generate leads / sales
* Good written & oral communication skills
* Experience of producing written PR content/blogs
* Experience of website management and updates
* Photography & Videography skills/experience
* Working knowledge of content management systems i.e. Hootsuite
