An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join them on a permanent basis.Working directly alongside the Marketing Manager in a close-knit team, this role represents an excellent opportunity for a bright, recent Marketing graduate as they embark on additional company growth.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be reporting directly into the Marketing Manager to deliver across all elements of the marketing mix, developing and executing the marketing strategy to drive growth and enhance client experience. You will be analytically minded, researching and analysing the market to ensure a correct approach is made to differentiate them from their competitors. You will be responsible for creating promotional material to target existing and new clients across various channels including printed and digital, and owning the social media strategy to drive further engagement with potential clients. You will also be writing complex communications and be confident to liaise with external agencies to develop creative and engaging content, true to the company brand. You will also be managing the company website, assisting with PR and digital strategies, and organising and attending events and webinars. This is an excellent role with the opportunity to learn, develop and grow within a fast-paced, growing business.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a bright and confident Marketing graduate with a 2:1 who has a can-do attitude, and is ready to experience a full marketing mix role. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to confidently share ideas at all levels across the business and with external clients. You will have experienced on and offline channels including content marketing, social media, printed collateral and client engagement techniques to build awareness. You must be a self-starter and someone who is able to adapt to a variety of tasks, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will have good working knowledge of all Microsoft programmes, and have experience and be open to using InDesign, Photoshop and WordPress.
