A successful agency is looking to recruit an experienced SEO executive to help improve organic performance.

Your new company
A successful independent full-service agency in Warwickshire is hiring a senior level SEO executive to improve organic search performance for a range of national and international household brands.

You will be joining a large agency environment, supported by junior executives and senior level managers to plan and implement SEO strategy with the aim of exceeding client expectations.

Your new role
As a Senior SEO Executive, you will be responsible for taking on client management, devising strategy and there will be the opportunity to help train and develop junior members of the team which will give you invaluable leadership experience.

Working in a fast-paced agency environment, no day will be the same as the last! You can expect responsibilities such as:


* On page content auditing and optimisation
* Content optimisation around SEO strategy, from website landing pages, new digital assets and articles
* Technical SEO auditing and maintenance, running regular crawls and identifying issues
* Keyword research and categorisation
* Supporting on client management - attending weekly and monthly calls to report on performance
* Updating websites via the CMS - Publishing new content, adding optimised meta data and implementing fixes
* Looking for innovative methods of improving SEO for clients, including looking at competitor analysis, identifying trending searches and changing standards

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be working in an organic search (SEO) focused role, focusing on B2B/B2C and looking for the next step in your career ladder.

As a senior SEO executive, you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop executives at entry level as well as manage client accounts, therefore excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as the ability to manage your workload effectively.

You will have strong experience across content creation, using CMS, SEO strategy and optimisation, performance tracking, tagging and the use of tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
