Exciting Website Optimisation Manager for a Luxury Fashion Retail Company on an Ecommerce Platform

Your new company

You will be working for a brand new online conscious fashion platform that are looking to launch their new eCommerce website. The new fashion platform will be having partnerships with big luxury and premium fashion brands and selling these on their exciting fashion platform. The company's main USP and passion is that they have a great social purpose and are looking to give back by donating part of their profits to charitable causes. The company really believe in giving something back and believe in putting the planet first and that the people are the heart of their purpose. If the company is not exciting enough already, a famous Emmy and Oscar nominated British actor is invested into the company. This exciting company is looking to take their business and social purpose to the next level

Your new role

You will be coming into the company as a Website Optimisation Manager. You will be developing the online platform from a digital perspective. You will be responsible for this website and how this communicates and works logistically for the consumers. You will also be responsible for the content and the creative graphic design of the online platform and how this markets out to the consumer. The role is very creative and looking for someone who has bright and innovative ideas to help design the attractive online platform.

What you'll need to succeed

For this role, you must have ALL the following skill set so please only apply if you have ALL of the following requirements:

* Extensive experience within luxury fashion retail industry
* Must have handled multiple numerous brands on an eCommerce platform
* Needs to have an interest in 'putting the planet first' or have a social interest of 'making a difference'
* Must be highly proficient in web analytics, eg. Google Analytics
* Must have a strong background in digital marketing and effective website design
* A strong background in CMS and CRM
* Strong understanding and background in marketing and UX design and how this is utilised on an eCommerce platform
* Experience in reporting the success and failures of different strategies and optimisation effects

What you'll get in return
