Exciting opportunity to join London-based Tech business with growing Marketing Team as a Senior CRM Executive

This business is an online FinTech platform in London that offers a variety of products both B2B and B2C. They are a global business and one of the fastest growing in the UK. For anyone interested in the FinTech space, this business is very much at the forefront of pushing the financial world into a more technological model. Headquarters are based in Central London, and the marketing team (in particular CRM) is currently undergoing a major round of investment to increase ROI and improve customer retention and experience.

Your new role

You will be tasked with overseeing all CRM and automation activities across 3 continents - through SalesForce Marketing Cloud - working closely with the CRM Manager to optimise the platform and ensure all marketing campaigns are run and reported on as smoothly as possible. You will manage customer databases, create marketing campaigns to customer segments, build automated trigger campaigns for emails and SMS channels, develop leads into customers and build journeys to provide a smoother customer retention strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience using SalesForce Marketing Cloud
* Enhanced Dynamic Content (Desirable)
* Strong CRM experience - campaign building
* Multi language skills (Desirable)
* Experience of planning and executing marketing campaigns within a CRM environment
* Internal and external stakeholder management
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills
* Developing campaign plans, sourcing and analysing data and using Excel and PowerPoint

What you'll get in return

A salary of between £30,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays,private healthcare, pension - auto enrolment with Company contributing 3%. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral member of a CRM team that has been tasked with building the Customer Retention platform and strategy for a growing FinTech business.
