Hays are currently working in partnership with a leading construction company based in outer east London. This company has seen major growth over the last year and are forecasting further growth for the next 5 years. They are a company with fantastic culture and you will be a part of a team where your work is rewarded. Your new role In your role as a Bid Writer you will be responsible primarily for bid writing and creation and coordinating the process of Bid writing along with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

* Write and produce award winning submissions, tenders and expression of interests
* Write and collate stakeholder CV's
* Be a part of regular team meetings throughout the Bidding process
* Record Bid feedback and use this to inform future tenders
* Use InDesign to input text and submissions

What you'll need to succeed

* You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Bid Writing
* Be from a residential property development background, and if not then from a wider property background
* You must be at an advanced level for Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office
* You must have excellent writing skills
* Be able to produce examples of your Bid writing work
* Ideally have a degree in English Literature
* Be able to come into the office 5 days week when the government restrictions allow this

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive up to £55000 plus benefits package including holiday, pension and a 5% bonus which has been paid the last year and forecasting for the next year.
