Digital Marketing Manager

Your new company
The organisation is one of the leading retailers within the UK who are looking to more than ever to grow their online digital presence.
Your new role
You will be joining the large marketing team to help drive online traffic on the company's website and to analyse how this online traffic converts into online purchases. You will be reporting directly into the Head of Marketing on a frequent basis, constantly amending your strategy in order to optimise consumer traffic on the company website and conversions into sales, ultimately driving company revenue.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you must be able to have and demonstrate the following:
* At least 5 years digital marketing experience
* Strong retail marketing experience
* Demonstration of development and implementation of strategy
* Online digital campaigns
* Confident user of Google Analytics and digital advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads)
* Experience across multichannel marketing
* Stakeholder management
* Experience managing marketing teams
* Ecommerce experience is desired
What you'll get in return
n return you will receive a competitive salary between £45,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience. Additionally, you will receive an attractive benefits package, including pension, private healthcare and much more!
