Your new company
Your new organisation in the public sector are seeking an experienced PR and Media Relations officer for an 3 month period due to an increased volume of work. This role will be based remotely but on return to offices, you will be required to travel to the Liverpool site on a regular basis.

Your new role
In your new role working within the media and communications team you will work on proactive and reactive PR at regional and national level. You will handle and respond to media enquiries and provide guidance on spokesperson interviews and op-ed opportunities. You will also be expected to produce high-quality press releases to tight deadlines.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience of PR and Media relations within a fast-paced environment where will have worked on reactive campaigns and crisis comms as well as being able to plan proactive PR opportunities. You will have exposure to regional and national level media relations and be able to form excellent relationships with both internal an external stakeholders. You will be an confident and articulate and verbal communicator.
