Marketing and Office Support Assistant - Temporary Role

Your new company

A global company who are a main competitor within their field are looking for a marketing assistant to support the organisation for a couple of months.
Your new role

Your new role will be supporting the marketing function by creating the required documents for promotions and advertising. You'll be supporting with the team with adhoc duties including requesting PO numbers, downloading invoices and passing across to the accounts team. You'll also be organising travel arrangements and managing agendas/ appointments.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed you MUST have a solid marketing experience, being able to create marketing collateral and be able to work quickly and efficiently. You must be able to organise workloads well and support other departments where necessary.
What you'll get in return
