Your new company
I am partnered exclusively with an international cloud computing software company based in Surrey. Remote working is available but you will be required to travel to the offices in Surrey on a regular basis. This role is initially a contract until February 2021, with the intention of becoming permanent.

Your new role
This is an entirely new role in a "start-up" business unit inside a multinational organisation. You will be responsible for creating Product Marketing processes for GTM execution across EMEA. We're looking for experienced IT Product Marketers to build relationships, processes, and deliver on identifying customer needs and creating strategies & assets to meet those needs.

Working with a small team covering EMEA, you will create GTM and product processes to support new product launches and existing product market penetration. You will deputise for the Director of Product Marketing by working across the combined product portfolio, analysing and identifying customer needs and trends to create appropriate Product Marketing strategies and communications to meet those needs. You will be responsible for Marketing Asset creation, developing effective marketing strategies and communication plans, as well as working closely with EMEA Sales in order to implement strategies and creating compelling messages across marketing channels.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with an extensive background in IT industries, preferably Software/Cloud. You will be experienced in creating campaign plans and GTM executions, as well as being able to demonstrate the ability to create appropriate Communications, Messaging and Assets. You will be process-driven, able to come into a start-up environment to put in place processes and documentation to create unified and cohesive market coverage.
You will be a motivated, proactive individual who can demonstrate a quick speed-to-competency in this space, who is a good communicator and able to liaise with and manage relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will come to the role with ideas, energy and passion for the products. This is a very human business, so culturally you will be a people-person.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a permanent-equivalent salary of up to £55000, initially paid on a daily rate until circa February 2021. The intention is to make this role permanent, but the initial position is a contract. You will have the opportunity to work in a smaller, agile team within a large international business enjoying great success in their space.
