Exciting newly created B2B Catalogue Marketing Manager job for a growth business in Poole

Your new company
You will be working for a rapidly growing B2B businesses in the UK, who despite the recent Covid19 pandemic have experienced significant growth and are now looking to recruit a career minded Catalogue Marketing Manager to join their management team and work in their head office in Poole. It's a unique opportunity to work for a highly respected product led business who are challenging some of the biggest names in industry. Your new role
You will be playing a critical role in the business, responsible for all the printed direct marketing campaigns, with a view to increasing the acquisition and retention of B2B customers at a better cost. You will be tasked with delivering continued growth in sales, profitability, and customer files for core business areas.

Key duties will include

* Responsible for managing and improving catalogue programmes
* Set and manage catalogue production schedules, coordinating proofing and ensuring the delivery of all catalogue KPI's
* Improve catalogues by developing and testing specification and mailing elements.
* Quarterly liaison with external printers and mailing houses for quotes
* Hands-on leadership of catalogue production team, to continuously innovate and optimise layouts, designs and production processes for all printed marketing.
* Working with the senior management team to drive new group direct mail projects
* Researching and proposing lucrative new or alternative direct mail ideas

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record in senior catalogue marketing positions; ideally within a B2B product based context, where you have proactively managed and optimised direct mail and/or print campaigns, diligently managing and optimising budgets and production schedules. You will have a strong understanding of core metrics and catalogue analysis, with a highly commercial and inquisitive mindset. You will have experience of managing a small team, as well as influencing designers etc.
