Senior Digital Marketing Services Executive
About the role:
We are looking for a motivated Senior Digital Marketing Services Executive to join our marketing department. You will have a range of digital marketing responsibilities that include being the 'go-to', operational person for the English Language Learning (ELL) marketing website; main point of contact for mini-site creation; Drupal page-build expert, and subject matter expert for automated journey creation using the SalesForce Marketing Cloud application.

Working on a daily basis with Technology and business colleagues from around the world, you will manage the needs of the website and assist with the implementation of the ELT web strategy which will require you to guide workshops, as well as help define new features and workflows. You will use your analytical experience to monitor, measure and report on progress across a broad spectrum of KPIs and help to devise appropriate enhancements on our platforms. You will anticipate and respond to emerging needs and provide key training and issue support across the platforms.
You will also work closely with the Senior Marketing Services and Sales teams on strategic data and web-related projects, providing subject matter and detailed operational expertise.
Previous experience of managing a website lifecycle, building Drupal webpages and utilising a full spectrum of digital marketing tactics will be essential to your success in the role.
A good level of AMPscript and HTML experience which includes the ability to spot and fix errors is important, and a working understanding of Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and Dotmailer / Mailchimp will also prove key.
You'll have a keen attention to detail, and work comfortably with developers and marketing colleagues across the world to translate business needs into technology requirements.
A customer-centric approach will be core to all that you do, alongside excellent communication skills and can-do, problem solving attitude.
