Your new role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic generalist Senior Digital Communications professional who is experienced in increasing digital engagement with a wide range of audiences. We are looking for this professional to produce high quality and creative engagement, leading a team of 5 Digital Content Officers. You will be using a range of different platforms including predominantly Social Media channels but also Blogs and website content. A lot of your role will be to improve user journey and optimise content alongside the Content Officers to drive quality outputs and deliverable's as well as amplify story telling capabilities .

What you'll need to succeed
This role is a management position and as such we are looking for a Digital Communications Lead that has managed a team as well as managed the increase of engagement, we want to see a proven track record of the ROI and increase in engagement through a wide range of digital communications channels. The successful candidate will have both hands on and strategic experience with Social Media approaches, Audience Segmentation and Analytics. This is a multi-faceted role and you will be expected to help deliver web content as well as lead teams in this. Ideally you will have a background in the third sector and complex organisations with multiple stakeholders. We are looking for a collaborator, someone that will work with colleagues at all levels to help develop and hone in their digital skills as well as someone who has work in complex matrix organisations.
