Your new role
In this exciting newly created role, you will work closely with Senior Management, creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, tailored to business goals. You'll be responsible for developing the marketing strategy and plan for key B2B audiences, delivering the calendar of activities across all channels. Ultimately you will responsible for driving business growth by generating and delivering qualified leads to the business and increasing brand awareness through multi- channel marketing campaigns and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and deliver the marketing strategy to significantly increase brand awareness and traffic, leads and conversions, specifically through but not limited to Email Marketing, Paid Media Campaigns, Events, SEO and Content Marketing.
* Build a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities and progress their development through the customer lifecycle.
* Determine and execute an account-based marketing and communications approach to cross-sell prioritised products and services as well as growing and protecting existing relationships.
* Maintain and update the digital estate to ensure all content is relevant, timely, and accurate, in line with the marketing strategy.
* Develop the content marketing strategy and manage the maintenance of the website including updating content via the CMS.
* Responsible for delivering marketing communications campaigns through digital channels to maximise the effectiveness of websites and digital communications to drive ROI including email marketing, web management, digital advertising (PPC & Paid Social), SEO and marketing automation.
* Produce monthly reports for management on effectiveness of campaigns; number of leads generated/ converted.
* Plan and deliver campaigns throughout the year with a focus on the real-estate sector.
* Identify new opportunities to improve the overall digital experience through the gathering of insights and metrics.
* Analyse the customer journey and identify areas for improvement.
* Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals- including generating, editing, publishing and curating engaging content daily.
* Keep abreast of relevant trends and innovations, making recommendations on their adoption.

What you'll need to succeed

* Significant B2B Marketing experience, with strong commercial and lead generation experience, ideally with exposure to the real-estate sector.
* Demonstrable experience driving business growth through multi- channel marketing.
* Understanding and experience of working in a fast- growing business with multi- functional teams and a large portfolio of services.
* Hands- on experience of running and tracking well- performing campaigns.
* Ability to work autonomously and provide guidance to senior leadership, challenge constructively and translate ideas into pragmatic plans with good attention to detail.
* Extremely collaborative with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
